This policy describes how the current SpotPop 1.0.0 release handles information when you play the game.
Information We Store
SpotPop stores gameplay progress on your device so you can continue playing. It also stores your Music, sound effects (SFX), and haptics preferences locally. The app does not require an account or login.
Information We Collect
The current release does not send your gameplay progress, preferences, or personal information to the SpotPop developer. It has no ads, in-app purchases, analytics SDK, or crash-reporting SDK, and no app-controlled personal-data upload.
Sharing
The current release does not share your gameplay progress or preferences with the developer or advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting services. Android system backup and device transfer are described separately below.
Android Backup
Depending on your Android device and backup settings, Android may back up local app data to your Google account or transfer it to another device. This is managed by Android, not an upload controlled by SpotPop. The SpotPop developer does not have an app account or access to your Android backup. You can review backup settings on your device.
Children's Privacy
SpotPop is intended for players in the 9–12, 13–15, 16–17, and 18+ age groups. The current release does not require players of any age to create an account or submit personal information through the app. Parents or guardians with questions about a child's use of SpotPop can contact us using the address below.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local progress and preferences remain on your device until you clear SpotPop's app storage or uninstall the app. These actions remove the app's local data. Android backups or transferred copies may remain under your device and Google account settings; clearing local app storage or uninstalling may not remove those copies. SpotPop has no user account to delete.
Changes to This Policy
Future versions may change how SpotPop handles data. If that happens, this policy will be updated to reflect the new practices, and the effective date will be revised.
