By using SpotPop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you are a minor, ask a parent or guardian to review these terms with you.
Game Use
SpotPop is provided for personal, non-commercial play. You may use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law. The current release does not offer accounts, ads, or in-app purchases.
Intellectual Property
The SpotPop app and its original game content, artwork, audio, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.
User Conduct
Do not use SpotPop unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or copy or distribute its protected content without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
Availability
SpotPop may be updated, changed, or unavailable at times. Features and content may vary by app version or device. Local progress can be affected by clearing app storage, uninstalling, or device changes; see the Privacy Policy for information about Android backup.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SpotPop is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the SpotPop developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. This does not limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated when SpotPop changes. The updated terms will show a new effective date. Please review them when you use a later version.
